International Partnership Manager - Trias ngo

The Role

You coordinate and strategically steer Resource Mobilisation (RM), partnership building and proposal writing within the framework of the Trias´ Resource Mobilisation strategy. You will act as team coordinator for the Partnerships and International Profiling team (PIP- four team members). You closely collaborate with the other 3 team coordinators within the department, and the Resource Mobilisation coordinators in our regional and country offices worldwide. You report to the Head of Department Programmes & Partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Coordination of Resource Mobilisation
• - Coordinate the creation and implementation of both the institutional and regional fundraising action plans
• - Identify and track relevant upcoming funding opportunities of targeted donors through advance intelligence gathering, partner relationships, and other available resources
• - Represent Trias’ international partnerships interests at relevant meetings, events, and within resource mobilization or donor-specific peer networks
• - Support the development and implementation of a private sector international fundraising strategy
• - Facilitate & monitor the capacity building of the Trias IFR team

• Ensuring the strategic steering and the quality of the operations of the PIP team
• Coaching of team members PIP
• Coordination of proposal writing
• Participate in Team lead meetings P&P
• Strategic steering of processes
• Contribute to the policy making of P&P
• Assure the operational planning, budgeting and reporting

• Master degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical experience in related field or at least five years’ work experience in fundraising environment

• Proven team coaching and coordination skills

• Demonstrable experience developing new business models for resource mobilization at the level of private actors (major donors, companies and foundations) – including the identification, preparation and follow-up of multi and bilateral donor funded contracts.

• Understanding of multiple donor policies and procedures such as USAID, EU, US- and other Foundations; and international development Agencies

• Advanced professional and business writing and editing skills

• Fluent in English, Dutch and French. Advanced skills in Spanish are an asset

• Strong organizational skills that demonstrates a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Ability to work collegially under strict deadlines pressure and handle multiple work assignments

• Ability to learn quickly, demonstrate critical thinking and make situation-appropriate decisions using sound judgment

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

• Competent research and analytical skills

• A dynamic, international context, office location in the heart of Brussels . Remote work is possible

• Gross Salary: € 4.272,10 (5 years relevant experience) – € 5.601,88 (35 years relevant experience)
